One of the pages on the website features a 'Make appointment' link which your customers are happy to click at. What happens next?

Completing Appointment

Finally, here is a form for the customer to fill out prior to completing appointment request. Form fields are defined by the service provider.

Below the appointment form, there is a set of options for e-mail notifications from which customer may elect to receive appointment notification, confirmation and reminder messages. Reminders are sent 24 hours prior to an appointment.

Clicking on the 'Make Appointment' button sends completed appointment request to the service provider.
