Sales Professional


This position includes prospecting, pre-sales consultations, closing, and post-sales customer care. The ideal candidate will possess a quantifiable record of success in business to business sales. The candidate must understand ASP industry and subscription services, be able to correctly identify and aggressively pursue decision makers, be adept at developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The successful candidate must:
  • Have successful track record in business to business sales
  • Possess the ability to function in a small team atmosphere
  • Have excellent prospecting and cold-calling skills
  • Be able to manage short sales cycles, high sales volume
  • Be highly motivated, organized and self-disciplined
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to exceed predetermined sales goals
  • Have personal motivation for success, creativity, and a sense of humor
Sales Professional with 5+ years sales experience in business markets. Candidate must have excellent verbal as well as written communication skills. Software, Information Technology or Telecommunication Services background is a plus. BS or BA required. Local candidates only.

Customer Service Specialist

This position includes all customer service responsibilities and activities required to support customers who subscribe to AppointmentQuest online scheduling services. These activities include account setup assistance, troubleshooting, operational support, billing inquiries and resolution, as well as other post-sales activities and problem solving.

Experience and skills required: customer interaction via telephone and e-mail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, power-user computer skills, complex problem solving capacity, strong organizational capabilities, typing skills, ability to work with a team. The successful candidate must:
  • Have proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Office and Internet Explorer
  • Possess the ability to work in a team
  • Be able to learn new concepts and skills quickly
  • Have positive attitude with good work ethic
  • Not be afraid to perform some office administration tasks
  • Have strong analytical/problem solving skills
Flexible and dedicated personnel with 2 - 3 years experience in a call center or customer service department. Local candidates only.
