Tech Express Mobile Repair services is an onsite service whereby all serviced vehicles and vessels remain at the service location during service delivery. This type of onsite service maintenance and repairs business is unique in that, our services cannot hold, lien, or retain the vehicles until the settlement of billing, as traditional brick and mortar repair shops do. This has lead to the policy of requiring a service registration fee, amounting to the service technicians’ fee of $97.50 for a minimum of (2) hours plus additional fees for mileage and/or supplies. The service registration fee is shown as a credit on the service request repair order which is signed by the vehicle owner, online service registrant, or in cases of "Pre-Purchase Inspections," the seller of the vehicle. All charges as listed in "Balance Due" on the Tech Express Service Invoice will be applied to the Credit Card used for the service registration fee unless otherwise requested.
ADDITIONAL REPAIR REQUESTS
Additional repairs, labor and/or replacement parts require changes to service invoice. Additional charges will be added to existing service invoice number denoted with " * " indicating service item and/or labor hour changes reflecting new service pricing. The updated service invoice is dated and time stamped, then communicated to client/registrant by email, phone, verbally in person, or by cell phone text messaging service. Added labor and/or parts charges will be the sole responsibility of card holder if other payment arraignments have not been indicated by phone, in writing or at the time of service delivery.
Customer requests for additional repairs not included within the service registration form of signed invoice, are written notations made at location for additional labor requirements, description, labor time, and materials needed. The additional repair and item requests will be included on "updated" service invoice at offices, time stamped, and emailed in PDF formatted document to the above-cited registrant contact email address. (All service repair requests and labor times are based off manufacture recommended labor guides.)
Customer/Registrants returns/refunds are processed within (24) hours for failure to provide services as selected on registrant online service request form for the following:
A) Missed appointments,
B) Incomplete service job,
C) Incomplete labor Services less costs of parts and/or supplies.
All Refund requests are submitted through a third party merchant processor (Elavon.Inc) within 24 hours of notification of disputed amount by calling Tech Express offices at (888-875-3001).

(Tech Express) DBA, Tech Express, secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. (Tech Express) DBA, Tech Express secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access through third party processor services (Appointment Quest). All sensitive personal information (such as a credit card numbers and other financial information) is stored in encrypted data format, on (PCI) compliant servers maintained and administered by (Elavon.Inc).
This data is destroyed annually under compliance of the Bureau of Consumer protection requirements.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as credit card numbers and other financial information, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - Secure Socket Layer (SSL). While on a secure page (such as our enrollment form) the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just ‘surfing’.
Tech Express (DBA Tech Express) and Tech Express (DBA Tech Express) service partners use your personal information to operate Tech Express (DBA Tech Express) web site and to provide Tech Express (DBA Tech Express) services you have requested. The information is also used to communicate with you regarding your Tech Express (DBA Tech Express) accounts when such communication is essential to the operation of the service.
