A follow up appointment to continue your spiritual care. This is for those who have had at least one session with The Company Chaplain already.

A brief follow-up appointment, if you do not need a full session--for example, if you just need to check in, have a prayer etc. Suitable for your second or subsequent appointment with The Company Chaplain.
