| You DO NOT need to sign in to schedule a Biometric Health Screening appointment with HealthYou. Simply click on the MAKE APPOINTMENT box below next to the date/location you are interested in, then select the time that works for you.
In PREPARATION for your screening: * Please wear comfortable clothing that will enable our clinician to measure your waist circumference on your skin, not over your clothing. * You are not required to fast before your test, but you will obtain your most ACCURATE numbers if you refrain from eating for at least 8 hours before the test. * Please be sure to drink plenty of water before the test and take all medications as prescribed. If you must CANCEL your screening appointment, you can do so by re-entering this scheduler up to 6 days before your screening date. If your cancellation is less than 6 days before your screening date, please contact the HealthYou office for assistance. Call (719) 314-3535 ext. 8101 and we will be happy to help cancel or reschedule your appointment. **PLEASE NOTE!!** ***If the D11 Schools are delayed 2 Hours, the screenings scheduled during those 2 hours will be canceled. You will need to reschedule your screening. ****If D11 Schools cancel the ENTIRE DAY due to weather, the screening for that day will be automatically cancelled as well. Please call HealthYou for information on rescheduling your appointment or simply make a new appointment. |
