You DO NOT need to sign in to schedule a Biometric Health Screening appointment with HealthYou. Simply click on the MAKE APPOINTMENT box below next to the date/location you are interested in, then select the time that works for you.
In PREPARATION for your screening:
* Please wear comfortable clothing that will enable our clinician to measure your waist circumference on your skin, not over your clothing.
* You are not required to fast before your test, but you will obtain your most ACCURATE numbers if you refrain from eating for at least
8 hours before the test.
* Please be sure to drink plenty of water before the test and take all medications as prescribed.
If you must CANCEL your screening appointment, you can do so by re-entering this scheduler up to 6 days before your screening date. If your
cancellation is less than 6 days before your screening date, please contact the HealthYou office for assistance.
