Ms. Stella Nelms is the academic advisor for all freshman on academic probation, academic advisor to all students in the school of nursing, academic advisor to all students in the school of engineering, and a university 101 instructor.

Mr. Joe A. King, is the Academic Advisor/Counselor for students in the School of Science. He also monitors the academic progress of students awarded Merit and Room Scholarships, Freshman Class Officers, Freshman Executive Council and The Marching Band
