Garden of the Gods Resort and Club and Strata Integrated Wellness Spa reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event unworkable. You will be notified of the cancellation and given a refund.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION for PAID ACTIVITIES
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the class start time will receive a credit to attend a future class. We will do our best to accommodate your future class needs.
- All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
- Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or email and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for not showing up for an event.

By participating in any event sponsored by the Garden of the Gods Resort and Club (GGRC) and/or its affiliated companies, the participant agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damage which might incur as a result of participating in the event and that the participant waives any claim he/she may have against GGRC for injury or damages that he/she may sustain as a result of participating in the event. GGRC assumes no liability for any loss, theft, damage or injury to property or persons during the course of the event.
