Option 1: Online Appointment
Our volunteer personal shoppers will do the shopping for you. We'll email your client a survey to assess style preferences and sizing needs. Client will pick up their items at scheduled appointment. A $40 service fee will be billed to your agency.

Option 2: In-Person Appointment
In-person 2 hour appointment with a volunteer personal shopper to select professional clothing and accessories for interviewing and the workplace. A $55 fee is billed to the referring agency making the client appointment. Face masks required.

Appointment Information
IMPORTANT...Please review the following appointment details with your client:
-ONLINE APPOINTMENTS: We will do the shopping for your participant based off of their answers to our Clothing Survey. Clients will need to pick up their clothing from us at their scheduled appointment time. We do not offer delivery.
-IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS: Guests and children are not allowed at our appointments because of space limitations and safety reasons. Clients should attend their appointments on their own and be on-time. In-person appointments can take up to 2 hours. Clients should cancel if they are ill or have a fever.
-Clients must be on-time for their scheduled appointment. Clients more than 15 minutes late, or who fail to attend their scheduled appointment, will be considered a missed appointment. The referring agency will be billed a fee ($55 in-person appt / $40 online appt) for all missed or late appointments.
-At least a 24 hour notice is needed to cancel an appointment. Appointments can be cancelled online, or by emailing Jennifer.Folkens@ppl-inc.org
