Non-theatrical showings of a movie in the privacy of your home do not require a movie license. Any movie shown in a public setting requires a license. Sky Cinema will NOT provide a movie showing in a public space without the appropriate license. Sky Cinema reserves the right to cancel any event for which the appropriate movie license has not been provided. Please contact us for details on how to obtain a movie license.

• Arrival / Setup Time: Sky Cinema will arrive on site 1 hour prior to movie start time (see below)

• Movie Start Time: Approximately 30 minutes after sunset. **Please note that the exact movie start time depends primarily on the appropriate level of darkness to allow for a clear image on the screen. We find that 30-40 minutes after sunset is best.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your date. A date is not considered finalized until the deposit is received by Sky Cinema Systems, LLC. The remaining amount is due 48 hours prior to the event.

Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. A date is not considered finalized until the non-refundable deposit is received by Sky Cinema Systems, LLC. You may tentatively reserve a date without a deposit; however your date is subject to cancellation if another customer reserves the date by making the required deposit.

If weather prevents us from showing more than 75% of your movie, Sky Cinema Systems will guarantee a makeup date to be held within the same calendar year of the original date (based on availability). Should weather conditions prevent another showing within the same calendar year, the customer agrees to receive a refund in the amount equal to the percentage of the time remaining for the portion of the movie not shown. For example, if there is 40% time remaining of the movie being shown, there will be a 40% refund due to the customer. The refund policy applies only where both of the following instances are true:
a. Weather prevents showing more than 75% of the movie
b. Instances where a makeup date can not be held within the same calendar year

You may shift event dates (based on availability) due to forecasted inclement weather. No additional charges will be applied if our staff has not begun traveling to your venue.

If the weather looks threatening (imminent rain, rain, looming thunder clouds, dangerous winds capable of damaging equipment) Sky Cinema Systems, LLC reserves the right to protect its own equipment by canceling setup/production. Sky Cinema Systems, LLC reserves the right to delay setup or to suspend the production until suitable weather conditions exist
