Surgery Confirmation
Anesthesia can be dangerous to any animal. In order to limit that risk, we require that all animals be checked by the veterinarian prior to being scheduled for surgery. There are also strict rules about feeding and other factors that our technicians will discuss with you when you schedule your surgery. If you schedule a surgery without speaking to one of our technicians, they will call to confirm this information prior to the surgery being performed. If you come to the hospital without speaking with the technician, we will not be able to safely perform the surgery, and you will be asked to reschedule. We are sorry of any inconvenience, but at the West Hazleton Veterinary Hospital, we take our pet's well being very seriously.
To avoid confusion or problems, please call 570-455-2580 during our regular business hours to schedule your surgical appointment.
