We will fax order to the lab on your order. Schedule your draw time at labcorp.com or first come first serve., then a doctor visit to review results. Consult Dr. Yang first if any new medical concern may need more different testing.

telehealth service Policy

Most insurance policies no longer cover any telehealth service. A few insurance policies only cover telehealth by Teladoc (a virtual healthcare company staffed by mid-level providers). If you prefer telehealth, please call your insurance to confirm if your policy covers telehealth by Dr. Helen Yang at Synergy Family Medicine and ask your insurance to fax us at 919-503-6573 the confirmation of the telehealth coverage and copay amount before your appointment time.
