Passport Health specializes in immunizations, medications and information for international travel health and general wellness.

The Newmont On-Site Clinics are held the last Wednesday of every month from 9am -12:30pm.
You must make an appointment to attend a clinic for travel vaccinations.

for an appointment at our 7180 E. Orchard Rd, #209, Centennial, CO 80111 or one of the other 7 Passport Health Colorado offices.

You must bring your vaccination records with you to every appointment so they can be reviewed and updated by Passport Health.
Payment is due at the time of service using your Newmont Mining Corporate Mastercard.
At the conclusion of your appointment, a detailed receipt will be emailed to you for submission with your expense report.

Passport Health has 7 offices in the Colorado Front Range including two offices in Centennial and Cherry Creek.
If you cannot attend an on-site Newmont Travel Medical Clinic, please call 303-442-8728 x106 to schedule an appointment.

Please bring your Corporate Mastercard with you to your appointment. If you do not have an Corporate Mastercard, bring a credit card you wish to use to expense the costs of your appointment.
Passport Health does not accept any form of insurance and is not a Medicare/Medicaid provider.
Passport Health does provide an itemized, properly coded receipt for the patient to submit for reimbursement.
