One-on-One Store Service
Here, you can make an appointment for a gift registry consultation, a Stroller Matchmaker or a personal shopper.
Stroller Repair Drop-off
Here, you can make an appointment to bring in your stroller for repair. We will ask for your contact informtaion and for some details about the problem(s) you are having. Our stroller mechanic will confirm your appointment.
Stroller Repair Pick-up
Here, you can make an appointment to pick up your stroller once the repairs are complete. Our storage space at the store is limited, and this is the best way to ensure that your stroller will be ready and waiting when you arrive.
Our car seat inspectors are newly certified, and we are doing inspections on a very limited schedule right now. Car seat inspections are strictly by appointment only, and appointments are only available as indicated here. We appreciate your cooperation and we welcome your feedback as we tweak this new and exciting program.
