New Guidelines, New Procedures
While the new guidelines mean we must make some changes to the flow of our clinic, we remain dedicated to bringing you the natural, compassionate, and effective health care you have come to trust.

Per CDC, OSHA, and NH Acupuncture guidelines, we have implemented the following measures to keep all patients and practitioners safe and healthy:

1. Our waiting room is closed. Please remain in your car and call us at (603) 924-3400 at your appointment time. We will come to you and confirm the absence of COVID symptoms or exposure.
2. We will not be treating anyone in person with COVID symptoms or exposure. Patients will be advised to self-isolate, and call their PCP. We can treat with Chinese herbal medicine via telehealth.
3. All patients are required to sign an additional COVID consent to treat form. Find the pdf here: https://www.asacu.org/2020/05/covid-19-patient-notice-and-acknowledgement-forms/
4. Masks must be worn at all times while inside the clinic. Anyone arriving without a mask or face covering will be given a disposable one.
5. Shoes must be removed and hands sanitized at the door. We will provide hand sanitizer.
6. Rigorous cleaning and disinfecting protocols will be applied. We follow CDC guidelines and disinfect before and after every patient.
7. Intakes for new patients will be done on the porch or over the phone, prior to entry.
8. Our back office and rear door are closed to the public.
9. Patients are requested to come in clean clothes, and not to bring anything extra into the treatment room. This includes extra people, unless necessary. (One healthy adult may accompany a minor or patient needing assistance).
10. Telehealth Visits remain available for anyone who prefers that option.
11. We follow the state of NH's safe travel guidelines. If you are planning a trip or have recently traveled, visit this website (https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/dphs/cdcs/covid19/documents/travel-guidance.pdf) and please follow the guidelines before coming in.  We also ask that you wait 4 days upon arrival before coming in, to monitor for symptoms.

The Covid policies and procedures are subject to change as the situation changes and new information becomes available. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if there are any questions or concerns. We want to make sure everyone feels safe, protected, and cared for while you are here. We are honored to be a part of your health care team. Thank you so much, and welcome to our practice.
