ATTENTION!!!!!!!! Please remember that when you make an appointment, there are 4 steps to follow. (1) Sign in; (2) Select Service; (3) Select Date and Time; (4) Press MAKE APPOINTMENT button. If you do not complete the fourth step, your appointment will not be made. The MAKE APPOINTMENT button is found at the BOTTOM of the last page. After pressing the button, you will be taken to the CONFIRMATION page, which means your appointment is now pending confirmation from me. If you do not see the PENDING CONFIRMATION text in red, your appointment was not scheduled. Also, you can always check the status of your appointments by clicking on the "My Appointments" tab on the top of the page. This page displays your upcoming appointments.
