Thank you for using this online system. It has been designed so that anyone can make any number of different appointments at the Island Wellness Centre, 24 hours a day in real time. Your appointment request will be reviewed by our office within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) and you will receive instant email confirmation during every step of the process.

LET'S GET STARTED!
You will need to register as a new user, complete an application form, then request an appointment date and time. You appointment request has not been completed until you have done all of the following 10 simple steps. Afterwards, you can log into your account anytime to make additional appointments or reschedule or cancel existing appointments. You may want to print this page to guide you through the different screens.
Step 1 - Click the "Login" button near the top right hand corner of the screen.
Step 2 - Click on the "Enrollment" tab in the upper middle area of the screen.
Step 3 - Fill in the application form. The information you provide is totally secure and password protected. Your information is only accessible by you and the Island Wellness Centre staff. We strongly encourage you to provide an e-mail address (use yours or a friends) when you register so we can notify you of any changes to the status of your appointments. If you do not have access to an e-mail address, it is your responsibility to check your personal appointments in your account for updates in the unlikely event we needed to make changes.
Step 4 - Click on the "Enroll" button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5 - Click on "Make Appointment for" and whatever type of appointment you would like as shown at the bottom left of the screen.
Step 6 - By clicking on different days on the calendar, you will see the available appointment times on the bottom of the screen. Once you find a day and time that is convenient for you, click on the time of your choice at the bottom of the screen.
Step 7 - Complete the application form.
Step 8 - Click on the "Make Appointment" button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 9 - Click on the "Logout" button at the top right hand corner of the screen.
Step 10 - Your're done. Wait for your appointment request to be either "Confirmed", "Denied" or "Cancelled". If we are not able to confirm your appointment, we will make every to contact you by email or telephone and provide an explanation. If you don not hear from us with 24 hours (exluding weekends and holidays), please contact us.
IMPORTANT: When you request an appointment time and date, it will be held for you until we are able to review your request. If you have provided a valid email address, you can normally expect to receive the following 3 emails:
1) Moments after your are finished requesting an appointment you will be sent an automatic email confirmation that we have received your request.
2) Within 24 hours you will be sent an automatric email letting you know if we were able to "Confirm" your appointment. You may possibly receive an email advising you that we unfortunately had to "Cancel", "Reschedule", or "Deny" your request. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you with an explanation.
3) About 24 hours in advance, you will receive an automatic email reminder of your confirmed appointment.
