Short Visit/Follow-Up
Choose this option if: 1) you need only one travel-related vaccine; 2) you only need a prescription; 3) you need one vaccine and a prescription; 4) this is a follow-up visit; or 5) you need vaccines for school, immigration or work.

Choose this option if you need a tuberculosis skin test or blood test. The skin test requires a second visit in 48-72 hours, which will be scheduled at the time of your first visit. The blood test does not require a second visit.
