Exam Booking Guidelines
* Photo ID is required for all tests.
* First-Time Users: You must create a separate login account before booking an exam. Click 'Sign In' and then 'Register' to set up your account.
* Exam Duration: The length of each exam may vary depending on the course.
* Eligibility: Exams should only be scheduled after all required assignments for the course have been completed and submitted. Courses are designed to prepare students for their exams. Exams must be booked at least 3 school days prior to writing.
* Accommodations:
If you have an Individual Education Plan (IEP) and require accommodations such as extra time or support, do not use the standard exam booking form. Instead, please email Amy Yiu at ayiu@vsb.bc.ca at least two weeks in advance to arrange an accommodated exam session.
Accommodated sessions are available Monday to Thursday at 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM.
* Important Notice:
Exam sessions at 4:30 PM are temporarily unavailable. We will resume offering 4:30 PM sessions as soon as possible.
