I am continuing to offer Video Telehealth as well as in-office appointments. Please TEXT me with any questions or concerns. At this time, masks are not required, but please be mindful of possible exposure to COVID or flu/cold symptoms where it would be prudent to wearing masks.
If you require an appointment outside listed available times, please contact my office via TEXT to see what times might be available. Saturday or Sunday appointments may be arranged by contacting me directly. Should you need to cancel an appointment and have difficulty doing so through the system, please TEXT me or call the office. Office policy requires cancellation of appointments prior to 48 hours.
EMERGENCIES: Contact your medical provider and/or 911. If you require an immediate appointment, please notify me with your request via TEXT or voice mail at 530-591-3477 - typically, I can make arrangements for same-day appointments when necessary.
A Golden Retriever is in my office so be mindful regarding pet allergies and/or a preference for a pet free office environment.
LATE CANCELLATIONS (under 48 hours notice) OR "NO SHOWS" will be billed at $85.00 hourly rate (or per your contracted rate through insurance provider).
