-NOTE- There is no need to create a Login and Password.
The following information will be needed prior to the inspection:
Buyer's Agent Information- Name, Phone and email.
Seller's Agent Information- Name, Phone and email. (Optionall)
Is the house occupied? Size of the home? Age of the home?
If the home is occupied you will need to make sure the occupants have agreed on the date of the inspection.
We prefer having this information emailed to fred@hip-man.com. This decreases typographical errors in your home inspection paperwork. We can also get the information when Home Inspections Plus contacts you by phone.
Please note:
Any crawlspaces or attics need to be made accessible.
Animals will need to be secured or removed if they will be a problem.
In most cases an agent or homeowner will need to be present during the inspection and the door will need to be opened.
