1. To cancel an appointment, please log in or call 24 hours in advance, so someone else can use that time.
2. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, that appointment is canceled.
3. New patient? If you don't show up for your appointment at all, without canceling or otherwise contacting me, I won't reschedule you.
4. There is no charge for appointments I have to reschedule with you, if I am called away to an emergency.
