ARRIVING AT OUR CLINIC:
WE REQUEST THAT YOU ARRIVE 15-20 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME in order to complete the intake paperwork. You may also download these forms from our website and bring the completed paperwork with you for your first treatment—however, you should still plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for check-in.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT:
All of our treatments take place in our community room, which means you will be treated in a comfortable recliner in a space with other people. You should plan to wear comfortable clothing that can easily be pushed above your knees and elbows. We request that you refrain from wearing perfumes and other scented products as many patients are sensitive to fragrances.

Please note that for a first-time visit you can expect to be at the clinic for at least 60-75 minutes from the start of your appointment time. However, your appointment length can vary depending upon your individual needs.

We take care in making our community room a tranquil and soothing space, but we also encourage you to bring items from home to help make you comfortable if needed (favorite blanket or pillows, ear plugs, ear phones with music, eye pillow etc).

PAYMENT: ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE PRICED ON A SLIDING SCALE. YOU DECIDE WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD. PAY WHATEVER YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

First visit sliding scale fee range is $25-45. The first visit price is higher due to the extra time and $10 paperwork required for your consultation.

All returning visits cost $15-35.

We currently accept cash and check.

HOW TO FIND US: Our address is 302 N. Goodman St. Suite 403. We are located in Village Gate Square, on the 4th floor above Salenas Mexican Restaurant.

Parking is available in the lots to the side (Lot A) and behind the building (Lot B).

Note: If you park in the back, please use the rear entrance, walk past The Gate House and across the courtyard to find building 302.

Please arrive to the clinic and give yourself enough time to pay, schedule your next appointment, use the restroom and change BEFORE your appointment time begins.

We schedule appointments every 10 minutes and we rely on punctuality for our high-volume business model to work.

If your appointment is at 1:00, we need you seated in your chair and ready to receive acupuncture at 1:00!
