  New Patient - First Visit  

 Please arrive 15 minutes early. Your first visit will take approximately 75 minutes. **First appointment only, add $15.00 to your payment to cover the initial one-time only administrative paperwork fee.**

  Returning Patients (not first visit)  

 Please arrive and be ready to receive acupuncture at your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you, we will consider it a missed appointment. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
