  Inspections  

 Full property inspections take a minimum of 2.5 hours. Larger sized properties, older homes or an unusual number of concerns may take longer.

  Sewer Scope  

 Independent sewer scopes typically take one hour. Scopes scheduled with an inspection are typically about 45 minutes. If I need to do a mapping of the lines this can take longer so please let me know if you need this service.
