Window cleaning by appointment. We offer the Interior Window Cleaning as an optional service. To clean ONE window ( upper and screened part) or one door panel is $ 2.50 Just put a checkmark over the appropriate box while making an appointment.

Window Cleaning and Gutter Cleaning. etc. Insured. To clean one double-pane window _ $13 in /out, or $10 - outside only, or $5 - inside only. To remove and reinstall one screen - $1, to clean - $2 To clean gutters inside - $125 - $145

MidCity Lofts costumers / 2 stories unit
Takes approximately 2 hours. Please, provide an access to the windows in person or sign up for a key release. $80 for outside, and $130 for both,in and out. Check or cash prior to service. If there is a key release, leave it on counter top.
