ARRIVING AT OUR CLINIC: If you choose to download, print and fill out the forms from our website and bring them in with you on your first treatment, please arrive 10 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. If you would prefer, you may simply arrive at our clinic 20 minutes before your first treatment and fill in all paperwork at that time. Please keep this additional time in mind when making your first appointment.

BOOKING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT: Please book two appointments back-to-back to ensure you have plenty of time for your initial consultation. For instance, if you would like to come in for a 10:30 appointment, book yourself for both the 10:30 and 10:45 time slots on the particular date you are coming in on. In order to do this, first schedule your first time slot. Once it has been scheduled, go to the top of the next loaded page, click on the tab that says "Make Appointment," and choose to make another appointment in the next adjoining time slot following the time you originally selected.

PAYMENT is by CASH AND CHECK ONLY. Your first visit sliding scale fee range is $35-55. All returning follow-up visits cost $20-40. The first visit price is higher due to the extra time and paperwork required for your consultation.
