  Acupuncture First Visit  

 Please select this if you are coming for your first visit. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. First visit costs $35-55, sliding scale.

  Acupuncture Follow-up  

 Acupuncture follow-up visit costs $20-40, sliding scale. Please select this only after you've had a first visit with consultation. Visit includes brief follow-up chat and treatment.

  Acupuncture with Herbs Follow-Up  

 Please select this for acupuncture and herbs in a follow-up visit. Acupuncture/Herb visits are $30-50, sliding scale. In addition, herbal formulas cost $20 per week. Up to 3 weeks worth of herbs can be made for you.

  Two for One Tuesdays and Fridays  

 Tag along with - or drag in - a friend, family member, neighbor, co-worker... as long as it's a first time visitor, they are FREE on Tuesdays and Fridays! This appointment includes time for both you and your friend. No first visit forms are needed.

 NEW PATIENTS PLEASE READ 
FIRST ACUPUNCTURE VISIT WITH CONSULTATION: Please arrive 15 minutes before your visit, and keep this additional time in mind when making your appointment. You may download, print and fill out your health history forms (available at http://www.acupuncturetogether.com/forms.html) and bring them in with you. Please note that no matter what time your appointment is, you will be able to relax in your treatment for as long as you need up until closing time. For a first-time visit with consultation you can expect to be at the clinic for about an hour and a half from the start of your appointment time; for a follow-up, 45 minutes to an hour and fifteen minutes. Please note that PAYMENT is by CASH AND CHECK ONLY.
