Appointments are scheduled U.S. Eastern Standard Time so please be sure you calculated your scheduled time accordingly.

Now that you have scheduled your session please be sure to:
1. Email photos of your animals to talks2animals@gmail.com (new clients only) at least one day prior to your session.
2. Pay for your session by going to www.talks2animals.com. (Your payment is the way I am notified the session is booked.)
** I will call you at your scheduled appointment time using the phone number you provided during scheduling so please be sure you provide the correct number.

To Prepare For Your Session:
There will be time for you to ask questions throughout the session. I recommend preparing a list of questions in advance in order of priority. Questions provide focus and help facilitate a deeper, more satisfying session. You can include this information along with your photos if you'd like.

To begin the session it is most helpful to have you provide as much information you can regarding your questions and concerns. I will then get quiet and ask your animal for his/her thoughts, opinions and feelings on these matters.
The goal of a session is for you and your animal(s) to better understand each other and develop a closer relationship built on mutual love and respect.

I often write about sessions on my website and in my newsletter. There is a chance that the photo of your pet(s) may be posted along with selected details from the session. I use discretion and respect when publishing any information. You can find examples of published sessions on my website and newsletter. If you are not comfortable with the possibility of session information being published please let me know at the time of our session. Otherwise, I will assume you are ok with this. By booking your appointment you agree to the following:

1. If you need to cancel your appointment please provide at least 24
hours notice by emailing me at talks2animals@gmail.com.
2. If you do not show up for your appointment you are financially
responsible for the appointment fee.
3. Sessions begin and end on time. If you are late for a session it will still end as scheduled. (I have back to back sessions and cannot tie up the line.)
4. If you are not satisfied with your session for any reason you may request a refund within 24 hours of the session. The refund will be at least 90% of your payment.
5. Returned checks are subject to a $10.00 fee.
