  First Visit  

 Please arrive 20 min. early, or download intake forms from website and bring to appt. The 15 minute time-slot refers to initial interview time, NOT appt. length which varies from 20 minutes to 2 hours depending upon patient's needs/preference.

 If you have never been to our clinic and would like to experience community acupuncture for free, please sign up. Please consider bringing some canned food to donate to the El Centro de la Raza food bank. Pre-registration required.

  Return Visit  

 We require 24 hrs notice for cancellations, otherwise there is a $15 fee. Our online appointment system automatically blocks schedule changes within 24 hours of any given appointment. Please login before making your appointment.
