 Established Patients.This office visit is for medical conditions that require more time with your physician.

  Office Visit - STANDARD - $90  

 Established Patients. Standard office visit for acute and chronic medical conditions. 
 Make Appointment for Office Visit - STANDARD - $90 

  Physical Exam - $175  

 Established Patients. Office visit includes , stool hemoccult, urine test and EKG or pap smear. 
 Make Appointment for Physical Exam - $175 

  SAME DAY or NEXT DAY - $90  

 Appointment for patients who have already been seen/established. Scheduling available within 24 hours of appointment time which is 12noon and 12:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
