Physical Exam - $150 | | Established Patients. Office visit includes urine test and EKG. | |

SAME DAY or NEXT DAY - $90 | | Appointment for patients who have already been seen/established.
Scheduling available within 24 hours of appointment time which is 12noon and 12:30pm
on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. | |

Well Woman Exam - $150 | | Established Patients. This visit includes Pap Smear and urine test. There is an additional commercial lab fee for the Pap Smear if you do not have insurance to cover the test. | |
