If you are having trouble registering you may always call the office at 585.662.5680 or my cell at 585.899.9228. Please save your username and password you will need these for future scheduling. Once you have registered you will have a choice between a 30 minute, or 60 minute appointment. 30 minute appointments are for acute and follow up visits while the 60 minute appointments are for new patient appointment and home visits. If you book a home visit please clearly state that it is a home visit.
