New patients | | Please arrive 30 minutes early to complete forms, or download from website and bring with you. Appointment lengths vary from 20 minutes to 2 hours depending upon individual needs. There is a $10 one-time administration fee upon your first visit. | |
| Returning Patients (not first visit) | | Please arrive and be ready to receive acupuncture at your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you, we will consider it a missed appointment. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. | |
