  Double Slot Appointment  

 This is for preventative (adult or child) exams, first ever appointments to Chad Magnsuon Family Medicine, and to address multiple problems or questions. You may also select this if you simply think you will need more time than usual.

  Lab Appoinment  

 For blood draws, blood pressure checks, or immunizations (2 or fewer) previously discussed with Dr. Magnuson. If there are no slots that work for you phone Dr. Magnuson to see about another appointment time.

  Single Slot Appointment  

 This is for follow-up appointments for 1 or 2 issues or to address a single new issue for an established patient. For all others please use a double slot appoinment.
