This Internet based scheduling system will not accept appointments that are scheduled within 36 Hours. For those appointments you will need to call the office at 804-364-3303. The appointment schedule calandar will tell you if those appointments are taken, you just will not be able to schedule it online. You will have to talk to us!!

Also, this internet based system WILL NOT allow you to cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, for that you need to call the office at 804-364-3303!!
