 Rates are: $100 for 1 hour, $130 for 1.5 hour and $160 for 2 hours.

 A prescription from either a medical doctor, chiropractor or physical therapist is probably required. Check with your insurance to find out. We accept Premera, Lifewise, Uniform Medical, Aetna, PIP (Auto), First Choice and Group Health (Options only)

 Includes Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Sports and Medical massage.
