In order to make it convenient for our clients to make appointments within 30 minutes of their preferred time, we ask that you take an active role in ensuring that we connect on time. Once you make your appointment, we will send you a confirmation by email, time permitting.

Telephone Appointment: It is our policy to call you at the appointed time for your scheduled call at a number you provide. In the event that YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM US as scheduled, CALL US IMMEDIATELY at (201)487-6910 (office) AND (551) 486-7365 (mobile)! Please leave a messsage on both lines with your name and telephone number. In the unusual event that you haven't heard back within 15 minutes, Verena will definitely contact you to reschedule your coaching call. Thank you for your understanding. Life happens!
