When booking your appointment online be sure to check the following. This will ensure you are selecting exactly what you need for session time and type of therapy. If you need additional help please call us 757-392-0414
MON-FRI (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

1. Select the therapist you prefer.
2. Select the Appointment TIME tab across the top of the calendar. (for example: 30 min 60 min or 90 min)
3. Scroll down and select the TYPE of THERAPY with the corresponding TIME session.
4. Be sure your contact information is correct so we can confirm your appointment.

* If an appointment time is already booked you will not be able to click on that time slot, or if you cannot click on a date that you want, this means this day is already fully booked for that therapist. You can click your browser's back button and try another therapist or let us know if you want to be on the waiting list for a specific therapist.

These steps will ensure we know exactly what you want and have the appropriate time reserved for your session.

For the consideration of others a fee for less than 24 hour rescheduling or cancellation will be charged in the following manner: The lowest priced session available for the time slot you reserved.

30 minute - $40.00
60 minute - $60.00
90 minute - $90.00
120 minute - $150.00

Online appointment scheduling requires a valid email address for appointment confirmation. If none of the contact information is valid and we cannot confirm your scheduled time, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

WAITING LIST: If the date and time frame that you are looking for has already been filled, we do keep an updated waiting list for those that would like the first available opening. Please email or call us to be placed on the waiting list. Be sure to leave us your name and phone number where you can be reached and the date and time frame you are requesting.
