APPOINTMENT INFORMATION:

Thank you for using our online calendar. In order to provide the best service and ensure a successful session, please read through the following policies. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@annewindsor.com or 888.876.2482.

THE IMPORTANCE OF ACCURATE BIRTH INFORMATION: Please verify that your birth date, birth time, and birth location are accurate. You may schedule a session without providing this information; however you must provide this information at least 24 hours prior to the session. If your birth information is found to be wrong at a later date, a charge of $95 may be made to recalculate your charts.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Your session fee covers the consultation with Anne Windsor. Charts, reports, and recordings are complimentary and are delivered via e-mail attachment in .pdf or MP3 format. To receive your complimentary materials you must have a private email address that will accept attachments up to 10Mg. Yahoo.com and Google.com both offer free email accounts that can accept this size of attachment. If you are unable to receive your materials via email, you may make arrangements to receive materials via CD for a small fee. No credit is given for materials not received. Client is responsible for long distance fees outside of US.

PAYMENT POLICY: New customers must provide credit card information by phone or fax within 2 business days after appointment is confirmed. You may also pay via www.paypal.com. Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of your appointment. Anne Windsor Astrology accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. Declined credit cards: There is a $10.00 fee for each occurrence.

DISCOUNTS: Discounts are available only to customers who schedule their appointment using online calendar. Any rescheduling must be done through the online calendar in order to qualify for applicable discount. If you call our office or email to change your appointment, you will NOT be eligible to receive discount. Cancellation of appointment should also be done via online calendar, however if you are unable to access the calendar to cancel your appointment, you must call or email at least 24 hours prior to your session in order to be eligible to receive future discounts and avoid cancellation fees. One discount per client per session. Discount is voided if credit card is declined for any reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. NB: Client will be charged for the entire session for appointments that are missed without prior notification.

PRIVACY POLICY: Anne Windsor Astrology does not sell or share your information.

USE OF ASTROLOGY: Anne Windsor Astrology does not offer guarantees, implied warranties, or assurances of any kind. Astrological insights and forecasts should be used only as a source of information. Do not use it as a substitute for professional, legal, accounting, or medical information, advice or treatment.
