AppointmentQuest Online Appointment Scheduler implements Microsoft Outlook synchronization

In constant pursuit to improve customer satisfaction and enhance overall user experience, AppointmentQuest announces immediate availability of Microsoft Outlook synchronization features in Online Appointment Scheduler. By implementing industry standard calendar and customer contact information data interchange formats, such as vCalendar and vCard, Online Appointment Scheduler now extends its reach to client side calendaring, scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM) applications. Outlook synchronization opens the door for appointment data synchronization all they way to personal digital assistant devices (PDA's). Comprehensive support of native PDA data interchange formats is planned for implementation later this year.
